1 In general it will always be yes-es across the board for any future characters from me! Unless stan's tattoo turns out to be an anti-possession one, in which case haha sucks to be you dorito 2 James received an anti-possession charm from Sam Winchester recently to keep Demon Dean out of his body and he's been wearing it pretty much constantly since the idea of it freaks him out a lot, so that's probably a no-go unless you think it wouldn't protect him from Bill. I don't think it would protect his thoughts though. There's also always the possibility of something happening to it one day though and if that happens I'll come back and let you know. :T
