Reading Joshua's mind might be a hot mess, as would messing with his Soul. Reading his mind would echo the thoughts of every living or undead person in Shibuya. Same with screwing with his Soul. It might be fun to mess around and see what he can see, but finding Joshua's own mind and Soul within the rabble might be hard.
Basically, I don't know the limitations of Bill's mind-reading, but if they're both no-limits, we might just need to plot evil things.
